Fraser has a Master’s Degree from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland that specializes in leadership, change management and management theory and covers areas of relief, social justice, and project management among the urban poor. He has lived and worked in Scotland, New Zealand, India, Kenya, Bolivia, Belarus, and Romania, and has been in the US for 8 years.

Prior to coming to Bridges to Independence, Fraser has been a Senior Pastor and Executive non-profit leader for 22 years.

When he’s not busy directing and developing partnership strategies that make organizations more efficient and human-centric, he can be found on the golf course, reading, writing, or playing the guitar.
