Charles Williams is our Senior Housing Stabilization Specialist. He spends most of his days supporting the Rapid Rehousing team staff members, as they assist their clients in crossing the bridge to independence. He also supports and engages with Bridges alumni families. Charles is a proud alumni of the first Historic Black college Cheyney University.
