Hope McCreary has served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer for Community Wireless Structures (CWS) since 1997. CWS develops and manages wireless communications infrastructure. She began her career in public accounting, and has broad experience in banking and mortgage banking, most recently as Senior Vice President and Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager for North American Mortgage Company.

Hope holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School. She and her husband John raised three sons in Arlington County, and continue to reside in the East Falls Church neighborhood. Hope served on the Bridges’ Finance Committee for two years prior to joining the Board of Directors.
