Kenneth R Moore’s career in federal civil service was marked by steady progression from entry-level to senior executive positions. During this time, he led IT project and portfolio management across multiple cabinet-level agencies, leveraging his technical expertise and leadership skills to drive positive change. As a lifelong learner, Ken completed education curriculum at Strayer College, Syracuse University, and the National Defense University’s Information Resources Management College.

After retiring from federal service in 2017, Ken embarked on a new journey in nonprofit Community Development. He has since dedicated himself to serving communities in need, particularly those experiencing homelessness in Arlington, Virginia, and working towards community revitalization efforts in Birmingham, Alabama. As an active board member for these organizations, Ken brings his expertise and passion to drive meaningful change.

When not focused on work or service, Ken enjoys traveling with family, exploring new places, and making memories that bring joy.
