Frank De Marco
Director
Frank DeMarco was born and raised in Brentwood, New York (Long Island). He earned a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University and began his career at the global investment bank Lazard, where he worked on the Global Equities Trading Desk.
Following his time at Lazard, Frank returned to graduate school at James Madison University, earning a master’s degree in Computer Science. He then joined Accenture, where he traveled extensively and advised Fortune 100 companies on technology strategy and process automation.
Frank later joined Stanley Associates, where his work focused on federal government agencies including the Federal Reserve Bank, U.S. Marshals Service, Department of Justice, and Department of Transportation. During his tenure, Stanley Associates experienced rapid growth, completed a successful IPO, and was ultimately acquired by the global consulting firm CGI.
After more than 20 years in the private sector and several years of part-time involvement with Arlington Soccer, Frank transitioned into a full-time role with the organization in 2019. He currently serves as Executive Director of Arlington Soccer, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving thousands of youth and families in the Arlington community. He is also a board member of the Optimist Club of Arlington.
