Donna Cooper is the Executive Vice President of Business and People Operations at Take2 Consulting, where she leads a broad portfolio spanning Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, Internal Recruiting, Learning and Development, Payroll, Facilities and Security, Contracts, and business operations. In this role, she partners closely with executive leadership to align people, operations, compliance, and strategy in support of organizational growth, performance, and scalability.

With more than 20 years of experience across people operations, HR technology, finance, contracts, and organizational leadership, Donna has built and led teams in agency, consulting, and large enterprise environments. She began her career at RP3 Agency, where she led Operations and Human Resources, overseeing workforce strategy, financial planning, and operational execution in a fast-paced agency setting. She later worked in Human Capital consulting, advising organizations on workforce strategy, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness. Donna then spent 15 years at Marriott International, where she led large-scale HRIS and people technology initiatives, driving innovation across global HR systems, workforce management, and employee experience platforms.

Donna resides in Arlington, Virginia, with her husband and four children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, entertaining, and maintaining an active lifestyle, often spending time at Smith Mountain Lake.
