Originally from the Philadelphia area, Aaron Fleisher has lived in Arlington since 2008.  He and his wife have two children who attend Arlington County public schools.

Aaron is an attorney with a social justice-focused national non-profit.  Previously, he spent over a decade at the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.  After law school, Aaron clerked on the New Jersey Supreme Court and worked as a litigation associate at a large law firm. Aaron also serves as a volunteer coach with the Arlington Soccer Association.  He has a BA from Yale University and a JD from New York University School of Law
