Janetta L. Brewer, Esq. is the Principal Owner of Blue Alchemy Consulting, LLC, a boutique law, consulting, and training firm specializing in Federal government contracts. Ms. Brewer has an expert knowledge of Federal acquisition regulations, policies, and compliance requirements. Over the course of her career, she has provided consultation to Federal, Department of Defense, and industry leaders in increasing the operational efficiency of their acquisition systems, implementing effective internal controls, executing innovative acquisition strategies, and developing training for all levels of multi-functional professionals.

Ms. Brewer is a graduate of the Key Executive Leadership Program at American University, earning a Master of Public Administration degree. She is also a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the University of Cincinnati College of Law, earning Bachelor of Social Work and Juris Doctor degrees. Ms. Brewer is a county-appointed Commissioner on the Arlington Partnership for Children, Youth, and Families (APCYF) Board and a graduate of the Leadership Arlington class of 2017. Ms. Brewer is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys the arts, the outdoors, community service, and spending time with her son, Dominic.
